  • A nominal shipping fee will be applied to orders below ₹999.

  • You can track your order on our website or through the courier partner’s tracking portal.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is required.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (groceries, fresh produce, dairy, etc.)

  • Personal care & hygiene products (toothbrushes, razors, cosmetics, etc.)

  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale” on the product page.
