Gelusil Chewable Tablet is an antacid that can help relieve symptoms of hyperacidity like heartburn, epigastric discomforts, and flatulence. The tablet is formulated with activated dimethicone, magnesium hydroxide, dried aluminium hydroxide, and magnesium aluminium silicate hydrate which acts by neutralising the acid in the stomach and by inhibiting pepsin, which is a proteolytic enzyme.
