Permite Cream is a topical medication used to treat scabies, a contagious skin condition caused by tiny mites known as Sarcoptes scabiei. It contains Permethrin, which is a synthetic pyrethroid insecticide that is effective in killing scabies mites and their eggs. It works by disrupting the nervous system of the mites, leading to their death. It's important to avoid contact with the eyes, mouth, and other mucous membranes while using Permite Cream. If irritation or other adverse reactions occur, discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider. Additionally, all close contacts should also be treated to prevent re-infestation.
